Columbus Blue JacketsStanley Cup, Calder Cup to make special appearance at Nationwide Arena on Sept. 9 courtesy of Tortorella Family FoundationCOLUMBUS, OHIO – The Stanley Cup, the most storied trophy in sports, and the Calder Cup, awarded in 2016 to Cleveland's Lake Erie Monsters – affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets – and for the past 80 years to the champions of the American Hockey League, will be on display at Nationwide Arena on Friday, September 9 as part of the celebration of that night's World Cup of Hockey 2016 Pre-Tournament game between the United States and Canada.Courtesy of the Tortorella Family Foundation, fans will have the opportunity to take their own photos with the Cups from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Nationwide Arena Activity Center, located near off Nationwide Blvd.near the McConnell Street entrance.
