Stephen Gibson knew what to expect when he went into training camp with the Columbus Blue Jackets.Polarizing head coach John Tortorella made sure of it."I actually received a letter from him – he sent one to all the guys at camp – explaining how hard the camp is going to be and make sure you're prepared," said Gibson, now in his third full season as a defenceman with the Mississauga Steelheads.
